Canopy stripping and painting: 8 hours

Unfortunately there was a lot of tape residue on the sika flex when I pulled the tape from painting with the primer.

I ended up having to re-sand the sikaflex and went ahead and also did the frame.

I decided to try spraying on a water borne exterior latex from Sherwin Williams using an HVLP touchup gun.

It went on very well but it looks like the paint is taking a very long time to fully cure on the sikaflex.

The Harbor Freight HVLP gun - paint had to be thinned quite a bit.
